Valuation

In the asset survey area, Scope prepares valuations according to various recognised procedures, among them the German standards WertV and BelWertV, as well as recognised international standards such as RICS, IVSC and TEGoVA.

These market-conforming real estate values are needed as part of transaction and financing processes, among others, and are incorporated in authoritative reports. Scope also determines the fair value of properties in connection with the accounting requirements according to the IFRS.
